Requires client to provide all planning, securing of vendors, decor (if applicable, etc. Includes two full consultations: 1) 30 days out from event, 2) a week out from event. Includes up to 8 hours of coordinating on the day of the event. Add on rehearsal coordination for $50-75, depending on location.
Requires client to provide all planning, securing of vendors, decor (if applicable, etc. Includes unlimited consultations 30 days before wedding and up to 8 hours of coordination on the day of the event. The planner will also assist with and be present for rehearsal coordination. We will create a timeline for both the wedding party and the booked vendors. Day-of services will include setup/breakdown, general cleaning, eight hours of coordination, and being a liaison for the wedding couple.
This includes planning assistance starting roughly six months out, facilitating vendor communications and contracts, full communication with the venue on clients behalf (if desired), budget assistance, full development of timeline for both the wedding party and vendors, a walk-through at the venue, rehearsal coordination, setup/breakdown, and eight hours of work on the day-of. Any other terms agreed upon between client and planner will also be included.
Planning starts immediately on the day of signing, up until the event. The planner provides unlimited consultations, assistance in researching, communicating with, and securing all vendors, development of decor and layout design, and development of a wedding-planning timeline.
We will also create a day-of timeline for both the wedding party and the vendors, manage and coordinate with the vendors for setup/breakdown, organize the rehearsal, and provide 10 hours of coordination on the day-of.

Event planning pricing starts at $100 per hour, with a minimum of three hours. The prices quoted apply to any and all services NOT related to wedding planning/coordination, or wedding activities.
